For 15 consecutive calendar days starting with the date of either the registration of the evaluation software or the product registration, you may freely access the online support options, and submit your support requests online in order to receive an individual answer to your question from our support team.

NovaBACKUP only requires a single license to backup your entire Windows machine. The type of machine (PC, Server, or Server with Business Applications) will determine which NovaBACKUP product license you require.
Yes. Select Offline Activation in the License Registration area of your software to receive your hardware key. Please copy this ID and transfer it to another system with an Internet connection. Open this website and enter your license information, license key, hardware ID and select the major version (e.g. v19) that matches your license.
When you purchased your NovaBACKUP product, you were provided a License Key via email. Simply install your NovaBACKUP software onto the new system and enter your license key. Your new system will now take over the license key and offer access to the software.

There is no built-in limit on how much data NovaBACKUP is able to handle. However, you may have limitations in your data storage capacity or the backup window during which you can perform your backups. If you have over 1 million files or 2TB of backup data you should consider a free trial of NovaStor’s DataCenter solution.
Yes, NovaBACKUP Server supports open-file backups using VSS.
Yes. This is possible using Differential or Incremental backups. One thing to keep in mind is that only entire files are backed up, not just the changes, so you always have complete copies of your files whenever they are backed up.
