Sales Support

Do you want to be part of an industry with exponential growth opportunities?  We’re looking for the motivated person to fill the Sales Support role to help us continue to build and develop our customer base.  As Sales Support, you will utilize your strong business instinct to assist our customers with online purchases and navigation of our portals with a goal to finding them the best backup and data recovery solution.  

NovaBACKUP, the data protection solution of choice for hundreds of partners targeting professional offices and medical practices, offers a complete Software as a Service (SaaS) product that generates recurring revenue for our partners and peace of mind for their customers.  With cyber threats and regulatory compliance on the rise, the potential to increase our share of the backup and recovery software solutions market has never been greater.   • Contribute towards team/personal quotas and performance objectives.
  • Being the first point of contact for all existing and new customers.
  • Build positive relationships through quick responses and facilitation through internal contacts and resources.
  • Assist customers in finding the best possible solutions for their requirements as well as providing them with pricing and order processing instructions.
  • Perform daily tasks within company ecommerce and CRM platforms, including:
    • Following up all declined orders
    • Following up all expired subscriptions
    • Handling and directing chat requests
    • Scheduling demonstrations, trainings and onboarding sessions
    • Charge and follow-up recurring business 
    • Various administrative tasks

Required Skills and Abilities

  • At least one year of sales experience, preferably in a B2B eCommerce environment in IT (software or network technology). 
  • Ability to establish very structured and organized work patterns.
  • Passion for generating revenues and providing customer support..
  • Communicative and outgoing personality with enthusiasm, customer-focused approach, and ability to close deals.
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • General knowledge of Windows operating systems (workstation and server), networking technology, virtualization, and storage media (local, as well as cloud) is a plus.
  • You have excellent MS Office and Microsoft 365 skills. Hands-on experience with CRM software (preferably Hubspot) and eCommerce systems is beneficial.
